Private Detective in Heckington

Between Sleaford and Swineshead Bridge on the south of the A17 is the village of Heckington, a civil parish in Lincolnshire county. It has 1,491 households with a population of the civil parish at 2,353 as at the last census of 2011. This makes it one of the largest villages in this County of Lincolnshire. The ancient railway station built in 1859 is now used as a museum. The Heritage Lincolnshire has its commercial wing based in the village.

There are many listed grade II buildings within Greater Manchester and one to note is the Oldham Parish Church of St. Mary. From as early as 1280, a church had already been into existence in this place though went through a lot of replacements. Starting with a mere chapel, the rebuilt went to an English Gothic church and later to the current parish which currently forms part of the Manchester Diocese.

It was in 1907 when the Oldham Royd Mill was first built. It started as a cotton spinning mill but was later taken over by Lancashire Cotton Corporation in early 1930s. Come 2015, the said mill ended up being demolished for a housing scheme project. Because of Royd Mill, Oldham has been an important center for cotton and textile within England. This is probably the reason for changing from a cottage industry to industrial metropolis of good textile industries.
