  The third parties described above also collect, receive and send information  about your Target, including name, address, telephone number, email addresses,  current and prior mailing addresses, court appearances, birth records, marriage  records and spousal information, business and company information, photographic  and video footage, location details and background information. We do not  control how third parties handle a Target’s personal data. All Target  information apart from their name is deleted upon completion of your Services.
  This processing is necessary for your legitimate interests, and  we rely on this as a basis for processing Target data.
