Private Detective in Welwyn Garden City

Welwyn Garden City is located in the county of Hertfordshire in England. It was established in 1920 and was England's second garden city. What makes it special is that it is a garden city as well as a new town. There is a neo-Georgian town centre and each road has a grass edge. Parkway is a central feature of the town. New houses are situated to the eastern side of Parkway, while the older houses are found to the southern side of Parkway.

It offers a very good commercial base and several companies trade here. Some of the companies are Tesco, Xerox, Hertfordshire Constabulary headquarters and British Lead Mills. The town's shopping centre, the Howard Centre, provides about 50 stores such as Marks & Spencer and Next. The railway station has been integrated into the centre so that direct access to the station is provided. Other amenities include five secondary schools, a sports centre and three golf courses.

The town boasted with the first full hospital that was built by NHS. The Queen Elizabeth II hospital offered about 100 beds and in October 2014 emergency and inpatient services were transferred to another hospital. Since October 2014, the hospital carried on with providing a variety of general hospital services. Other landmarks include the former Shredded Wheat factory (a Grade II listed building) and the Parkway Fountain.
