The hospital which was built in 1613 was discovered by Henry Howard, Earl of Northampton as an almshouses. It was created to serve as a home of retired gentlemen of Grenwich and its still in use to date. The Trinity hospital building is the oldest surviving building in the entire Greenwich town centre. With its great architectural design, this place is a must see when you land foot in Greenwich town.
